Casey Popowski is an Associate attorney in the Charleston office and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group.

Casey attended undergrad at Virginia Tech where she graduated magna cum laude. She double majored, receiving a B.S. in Sociology and Criminology.

After undergrad, Casey moved to Charleston to attend Charleston School of Law. During law school, Casey served on the board of the Real Estate Society and Alliance for Equality. She graduated in May of 2024.

In addition to her involvement within her school, Casey served as an Equal Justice Works Housing Fellow through Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services. In this position, she attended housing court across Charleston County, aiding individuals who were facing eviction. Later, she was authorized to practice under the South Carolina Student Practice Rule, allowing Casey to appear in court to represent clients.

Outside of work, Casey likes to volunteer at Pro Bono events, go to sculpt classes, and spend time with her dogs.
