Corey A. Bauer

Senior Counsel

Corey Bauer handles complex civil litigation and trials, with core practice areas in commercial and intellectual property litigation. He has broad experience leading litigation teams in trade secret, trademark, copyright, breach of contract, and other commercial disputes across the country. His extensive advocacy experience includes first and second-chair jury trials, first-chair arbitration, and numerous oral arguments and hearings before trial and appellate courts. He has taken and defended close to 100 depositions of fact and expert witnesses.

Corey also brings unique experience to matters involving autonomous systems and UAS/UAV (drone) technology. He represents clients in federal investigations and criminal actions arising from drone use, notably securing a defense verdict as solo trial counsel in a UAS-related felony ecoterrorism jury trial.
