Employment litigation attorney Collin E. Cresap navigates employers through complex workplace disputes in California. He represents business of all sizes in litigation and advisory matters, handling claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Collin has extensive experience drafting motions, conducting discovery, and preparing for depositions and trial. He specializes in Fair Employment and Housing Act harassment and discrimination claims and has prepared briefs, memorandum, motions, etc. on these issues. He also provides general counseling to employers on workplace policies, employee discipline, and steps needed to ensure compliance with the ever-changing labor and employment regulations and codes in California.

Before joining GRSM, Collin represented both plaintiffs and defendants in employment disputes and has a unique understanding off all facets of an employment case from inception to resolution and has reached favorable results for his clients. He has handled employment cases in both California federal and state courts.
