Charles W. Brown Jr. is a seasoned trial attorney whose practice focuses on insurance defense, bad faith litigation, personal injury, and complex commercial disputes. Charles has successfully litigated a wide spectrum of cases including software development disputes, copyright and intellectual property matters, tort and negligence claims, and business disputes. He has also litigated numerous family law and community property cases, giving him broad experience navigating emotionally charged and high-stakes litigation. Before joining GRSM, Charles founded and managed his own firm, where he represented clients across personal injury defense, estate, and family law matters.

Charles brings more than a decade of experience and a results-driven approach to every case. As a U.S. Air Force veteran, he applies the same discipline, precision, and integrity to his litigation practice that he demonstrated in service to his country. A graduate of Arizona Summit Law School, he ranked in the top 20% of his class, received a CALI Award for Constitutional Law, and received the Castro Scholarship for Excellence. He has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2021.

Charles is actively involved in diversity and mentorship initiatives within the legal community. He has served as Chair of the Council on Minorities and Women in the Law and has been recognized for his commitment to advancing inclusivity within the profession.
