He works with drivers, athletes, and sports-related businesses on contract negotiation, sponsorship agreements, regulatory issues, and brand protection. Drawing on his litigation and enforcement background, Chase helps clients anticipate risk, avoid disputes, and navigate complex legal and business challenges.

Chase’s perspective was shaped by his active-duty service as a Judge Advocate (JAG) in the United States Air Force, where he led and supported more than 100 federal investigations and served in various leadership roles within the JAG Corps. He advised senior leaders on compliance, employment, and operational risk across large organizations. Earlier in his career, Chase prosecuted cases with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office and practiced civil litigation in private firms. His background reflects a commitment to public service, disciplined advocacy, and practical problem-solving that informs his work with every client.
