Chase Parker represents businesses and individuals in high-stakes commercial disputes, government investigations, and enforcement actions. He helps clients navigate regulatory scrutiny, internal investigations, and complex litigation, often involving parallel civil and criminal exposure. Chase focuses on resolving matters efficiently while protecting business operations, minimizing risk, and preserving reputations in highly regulated environments.

Chase advises clients at every stage of a dispute, from pre-enforcement strategy and internal investigations to trial and resolution. His practice includes commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, and enforcement defense, with an emphasis on helping organizations respond to government inquiries and mitigate downstream risk. Clients rely on Chase to develop practical strategies that align legal objectives with broader business goals.

His experience includes:

  • Managing matters involving parallel civil and criminal exposure

In addition to his litigation practice, Chase advises clients in the sports and motorsports industries, including matters involving name, image, and likeness (NIL) and athlete and team representation. He works with drivers, athletes, and sports-related businesses on contract negotiation, sponsorship agreements, regulatory issues, and brand protection. Drawing on his litigation and enforcement background, Chase helps clients anticipate risk, avoid disputes, and navigate complex legal and business challenges.

Chase’s perspective was shaped by his active-duty service as a Judge Advocate (JAG) in the United States Air Force, where he led and supported more than 100 federal investigations and served in various leadership roles within the JAG Corps. He advised senior leaders on compliance, employment, and operational risk across large organizations. Earlier in his career, Chase prosecuted cases with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office and practiced civil litigation in private firms. His background reflects a commitment to public service, disciplined advocacy, and practical problem-solving that informs his work with every client.
