Chase R. Mayer is an Associate in the GRSM Dallas office and a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group. Chase’s focuses include defending corporations in a variety of commercial litigation matters. He is involved in all phases of litigation including discovery, drafting motions, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a large law firm in Houston, Texas, where he defended individuals and organizations against a variety of causes of action. Chase brings extensive first-chair deposition and hearings experience. 

Prior to engaging in private practice, Chase served as an Assistant District Attorney in the El Paso County District Attorney’s Office where he resolved a significant number of criminal cases. Prior to serving as an Assistant District Attorney, he served as a Robert F. Kennedy Fellow with the City of Houston Office of City Attorney.
