Christina Seanor represents businesses in complex, high-stakes litigation across the country. Christina’s practice primarily involves defending claims of catastrophic injuries, products liability, consumer protection violations, and toxic torts. When her clients are facing novel theories of liability, cases where precedent is thin, exposure is uncertain, and early intervention is critical, Christina helps them identify risks and shapes case strategies to align with their goals.

Christina has represented clients in the defense of class actions, multi-district litigation, multi-party suits, and attorney general lawsuits. She’s handled appeals in State and federal courts and objections to magistrate orders in federal court. Christina has secured venue transfers, dismissals, protective orders, orders compelling production, favorable evidentiary rulings, summary judgments, and appeals. In administrative settings, she has successfully pursued public record and FOIA requests, bid protests, public utility billing appeals, and city planning approval for clients.

A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, Christina is licensed in Mississippi and Louisiana and admitted to practice before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has been recognized as a Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star for four consecutive years and is deeply involved in bar leadership and community service. Christina is passionate about mentoring young lawyers and maintaining an active pro bono practice, where she has helped secure meaningful recoveries for individuals navigating the legal system without representation.
