Christopher J. Bergin focuses his practice on commercial litigation, employment, insurance, professional liability defense, catastrophic and traumatic brain injury, construction, and products liability matters. He has tried more than 30 civil trials and taken more than one thousand depositions. He has also 13 reported appellate cases and has participated in more than one hundred administrative hearings during his tenure as Deputy General Counsel.
