Christopher R. Jones is a seasoned trial attorney with more than fifteen years of experience representing clients across Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico. Licensed in state and federal court in all three states, he offers comprehensive litigation services, providing clients with a seamless legal experience throughout the Rocky Mountain region.

Medical and Long-Term Care Malpractice

Christopher has extensive experience defending healthcare providers, including physicians, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation centers. He handles a wide range of claims such as negligence, malpractice, wrongful death, and violations of consumer protection laws in Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico. Christopher also has a proven track record of defending healthcare and dental providers before state licensing boards.

Personal Injury

With a background as staff trial counsel for a Fortune 100 insurance company, Christopher has tried over a dozen personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, trucking accidents, and premises liability suits.

Gig Economy

Christopher has represented Gig Economy companies and their independent contractors in suits stemming from catastrophic accidents, including those resulting in death. He has successfully defended companies against vicarious liability claims, as well as direct negligence claims against the companies.

Employment

He advises businesses of all sizes on employment matters, including wrongful termination, federal whistleblower suits, trade secret misappropriation, and employment contract disputes. Christopher also assists clients in developing employee procedures and guidelines to proactively prevent litigation and control risk.

Appellate Matters

Drawing from his experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Diana Terry on the Colorado Court of Appeals, Christopher provides clients with strategic guidance through the appellate process, ensuring continuity from trial through appeal.
