After a two-year clerkship with the Rhode Island Supreme Court, Caitlin Keresey began her legal career in Providence, RI at an insurance defense law firm handling issues such as product liability, construction defects, professional liability, catastrophic injury, and premises liability. Caitlin engaged in regular motion practice in Rhode Island Superior Court.

Since 2013, Caitlin worked for a law firm specializing in complex business litigation bringing RICO recovery actions in federal court in the Eastern District of New York on behalf of major automobile insurers. Caitlin has valuable experience in fraud investigations and litigating cases in state and federal court on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
