Clair is a seasoned litigator with more than a decade of experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on high-stakes business disputes, financial services litigation, and white collar and regulatory matters, with experience managing cases through every phase of litigation—from pleadings and discovery through trial, arbitration, and settlement.

Prior to joining GRSM, Clair served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Patricia A. Gaughan of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. In that role, she supported the adjudication of civil and criminal matters, drafting judicial opinions and orders and conducting in-depth legal research on dispositive and procedural motions. Her clerkship experience provided a valuable judicial perspective on effective advocacy, motion practice, and case strategy—insight she now brings to her litigation practice.
