Clifford V. Pascarella II

Clifford has experience defending clients against high-stakes complex claims in New England states, including Massachusetts, as well as notoriously hostile jurisdictions for corporate entities around the country, including, but not limited to California, Madison County, Illinois, and New York City. He is experienced in evaluating the regulatory, scientific/medical, and state-of-the-art issues that commonly arise in the high-stakes cases he handles. Clifford has significant litigation experience for an associate developing and implementing discovery strategies, including, but not limited to deposition preparation of a corporate witnesses, deposing hostile fact and expert witnesses, and negotiating favorable settlements and early resolutions on behalf of his clients.

Clifford is also a Certified Litigation Management Professional with experience coordinating the national defense for a manufacturer sued over the talc ingredient in its product. He has drawn on his experiences successfully defending his clients to publish and present on significant developments in litigation and the regulatory space that influence his clients’ interests.

Prior to joining GRSM, Clifford defended clients in high-stakes litigation as an associate attorney with a prominent regional firm with offices in Massachusetts and California. Notably, Clifford developed his litigation skills while working full-time during law school for another prominent firm led by the name-partner who literally wrote the book on a niche area of law.

Clifford lives in a suburb of Boston with his loving wife and daughter who he hopes will grow up to be a Yankees fan like dad. Outside of work, Clifford volunteers his time as a member of the Executive Leadership Committee for Lawyers Have Heart 5k & Summer Celebration, an annual fundraising event in Boston benefiting The American Heart Association.
