Cornelle A. Jenkins, based in the Sacramento office, focuses his practice on labor and employment law. In returning to the legal field after 5 years of executive leadership with a statewide non-profit, Cornelle blends his legal experience with his experience as an employer to advise clients on developing, maintaining, and enhancing a thriving workplace environment in compliance with California’s labor and employment laws. Cornelle also represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination and sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, retaliation, workers’ compensation, trade secrets, unfair competition, and wage and hour violations.
