Courtney E. Smith

Courtney has vast experience representing national and regional transportation clients. She responds quickly to losses, both tractor-trailer and multiple vehicle accidents. She handles these types of cases in both federal and state courts. Never afraid to take on a challenge, she works with clients to determine if early resolution is best, or if proceeding to trial will ultimately represents the client’s best interest.

Prior to joining GRSM, Courtney practiced for 14 years at a state-wide law firm focusing in the areas of general liability, personal injury, first-party property insurance defense, premises liability, and workers compensation. While in law school she was a member of the Moot Court Board and served on the Student Bar Association.
