Cristina L. Dulay

Senior Counsel

Cristina is Senior Counsel in the Tort & Product Liability and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. She represents clients in various fields of litigation, including employment law, professional liability, premises liability, construction and commercial litigation. Cristina has experience in all aspects of litigation from early case assessment through trial. She also has experience with multi-defendant litigation and large joint defense groups.

Prior to joining GRSM, Cristina was an associate at a large defense firm where she gained significant litigation experience in both state and federal courts.

Cristina graduated from New York University in 2000 and Western Michigan Cooley Law School in 2007. In 2000, Cristina was awarded the distinguished Fulbright Scholarship from the U.S. Department of State. She studied at Philippine Normal University learning Tagalog and researching the colonial legacy’s influence on the Philippine diaspora and its impact on Asia-Pacific economic systems.

During law school, Cristina was a law review editor for the Journal of Practical and Clinical Studies. She served as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Walter B. Tolub in the New York State Supreme Court, Civil Division and clerked for the Executive Office for the United States Trustee in Washington, D.C.
