Cassidy Somers focuses her practice on healthcare law, regulatory transactions and compliance, and telehealth. In addition, she advises clients on a broad range of general business transactions.

Prior to joining GRSM, Cassidy was a Higher Education Legal Fellow in the Office of University Counsel at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a fellow, she provided support for a broad range of complex transactional and higher education legal matters.
