Chloe L. Wells

Associate

Chloe has significant experience representing clients in various capacities and in the various stages of civil litigation, including pre-suit, examinations under oath, discovery, motion practice, and dispositive motions. Chloe has successfully conducted fact witness depositions and has effectively mediated and arbitrated numerous cases for clients well under settlement authority. Chloe enjoys fostering a relationship with each client to better understand their business or circumstances to ensure their individual goals are met and expectations exceeded throughout litigation.

Prior to joining GRSM, Chloe’s practice focused on representing insureds in first party property defense and general liability matters. Chloe worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County. During her time there, Chloe prosecuted thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies, such as homicides. Chloe handled cases from the intake stage through litigation to jury trial. In her time at the State Attorney’s Office, she conducted over 50 jury and non-jury trials.
