Dani Hill represents employers in workplace disputes and provides practical counseling to help organizations manage risk, respond to employee claims, and navigate complex employment laws. Her practice focuses on defending companies in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, and leave and accommodation claims. Clients rely on her for responsive, business-focused guidance that supports day-to-day operations and long-term compliance.

She has experience defending employers in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and administrative matters. Her work includes matters arising under Title VII, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as ADA, FMLA, and FLSA claims. Dani contributes to all stages of litigation, including early case assessment, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and attendance at court hearings and arbitration proceedings, and supports employer responses to administrative charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Texas Workforce Commission.

Drawing on prior in-house experience, Dani provides day-to-day counseling designed to help employers prevent disputes before they arise. She works with clients on handbook and policy reviews, wage-and-hour audits, workplace investigations, discipline and termination decisions, severance and separation agreements, and leave and accommodation issues. She also drafts and revises employment-related agreements and policies, including employment and arbitration agreements, offer letters, standalone policies, and restrictive covenant agreements. Dani has assisted with matters involving protection of confidential information and trade secrets and strategy related to proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. She is committed to delivering responsive, business-focused guidance that aligns legal strategy with clients’ operational goals.
