Daniel Fix’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Dan represents major corporations, financial institutions, closely held businesses, REITS, and individuals in many types of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, real estate based litigation, anti-trust and unfair competition. Dan’s practice also includes representing clients in complex and high exposure claims including New York Labor Law litigation, and municipal liability claims. Dan also has experience representing developers, businesses, and utility companies on land use and development matters.
