Daniel Fix is a member of GRSM’s Commercial Litigation practice group. He represents corporations, financial institutions, and other businesses in complex commercial litigation and high-stakes business disputes in both state and federal courts. Dan’s practice focuses on sophisticated matters involving antitrust, trademark infringement, breach of contract, unfair competition, and other business-related claims. Dan’s practice also includes representing owners, developers, and contractors in complex and high exposure claims under New York’s Labor Law. Dan works closely with his clients to understand their business objectives and to develop practical, effective strategies for protecting their interests and resolving complex disputes.
