Dan Evans is a Partner in the Denver office of GRSM, practicing in the Construction and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. Mr. Evans is an experienced litigator and trial attorney with more than 20 years of successfully representing general contractors, design professionals, owners, developers, subcontractors, and suppliers in construction disputes.
Representative Experience
- Obtained a favorable defense award from an arbitration panel of the ICC International Court of Arbitration for a multi-national engineering firm.
- Successfully resolved multi-million dollar claims involving construction design, sequencing, scheduling, soil compaction, pipe installation, and other issues on a public project.
- Secured and collected a judgment for a restaurant owner for defective and delayed performance by the general contractor.
- Successfully assisted general contractor client in resolving several outstanding design, delay and disruption, inefficiency, and other issues on a large project, avoiding litigation.
