Daniel J. Woodcock

Before joining GRSM, Daniel had his own law practice where he represented a diverse group of clients in a wide variety of legal areas, including employment, commercial litigation, construction, and collections.  He represents large and small businesses in a variety of commercial disputes involving breach of contract, claim and delivery, non-compete, and real estate matters.  His construction practice involves litigation and arbitration of construction defect, lien, contract, and bond claims.  Mr. Woodcock also has vast experience in pre-suit collections and the collection of domestic and foreign judgments.
