Daniel Richardson is a commercial litigation attorney that works on premises liability, environmental and toxic tort, and medical malpractice cases. Dan advises clients in Illinois state court by advising them on litigation strategy, drafting pleadings and motions, reviewing and amending general corporate practices, and conducting legal research. Daniel partners with clients to create solutions, and when litigation support is required, he taps into a strong network of attorneys to defend the client’s business.

Daniel earned his J.D. from the Loyola University School of Law where he served as Executive Editor at Large for the school’s Law Journal. While in school and prior to joining GRSM as an attorney, Daniel was a law clerk for the firm working in a variety of practice areas.

Before attending law school, Daniel graduated cum laude from Miami University with degrees in both political science and philosophy.
