Danielle Lutyk is a skilled litigator that focuses her practice on high-stakes cases, particularly those representing healthcare companies and providers. She also has experience handling commercial disputes, product liability, personal injury, premises liability, professional liability, and more. Danielle has represented individuals, businesses, insurers, and government agencies in both trial and appellate actions and brings a wealth of knowledge from her broad experience. Her attention to detail and persuasive nature makes her a strong advocate for clients. She is an effective communicator and collaborates with key stakeholders to effectively minimize exposure and resolve outstanding disputes. Danielle understands there is no one-size-fits-all approach to handling matters and works to create strategies that align with each client’s specific needs and goals.

Danielle is a graduate of Washington University School of Law, where she served on the Editorial Board for the Washington University Law Review. She also graduated magna cum laude from Geogia College and State University where she received a B.A. in biology, a degree which has provided key foundational knowledge for many of her cases.

When not in the office or courtroom, Danielle enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two young boys. She is well-traveled and enjoys meeting people from different walks of life and cultures. Danielle has lived in multiple states and in the UK—first in London, England and then in Edinburgh, Scotland. Danielle also loves all things related to food and cooking.

  • Obtained dismissal with prejudice of complaint alleging sexual assault by employee of insured business on the grounds the plaintiff failed to comply with minimum procedural pleadings requirements and failed to state a cause of action upon which relief may be granted.
  • Preparation of persuasive summary judgment motion that resulted in plaintiff’s acceptance of nominal proposal for settlement prior to hearing on said motion.
  • Represented and successfully defended government agency against various personal injury claims, including, but not limited to, those concerning sexual battery, PTSD, loss of limb, and death.
