Danielle “Dani” Niemann engages in all aspects of case preparation, from inception to resolution efforts or trial preparation.

Dani has experience representing businesses, organizations, and individuals in civil litigation matters, with experience handling matters involving premises liability, personal injury, commercial disputes, and other complex claims.

Dani also brings experience in entertainment, intellectual property, and business matters. Before focusing her practice on litigation, she drafted and negotiated entertainment industry agreements, assisted with film and television production matters, handled chain-of-title and copyright-related documents, and formed business entities. This background gives her a practical understanding of the business considerations that often drive litigation strategy.
