Danielle Olson is a results-driven commercial litigator at Udall Shumway who represents companies and executives in business disputes, intellectual property matters, trademark cases, and trade secret cases. Her practice spans contract and business-tort claims, trade-secret claims under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (“DTSA”) and the Arizona Uniform Trade Secrets Act (“AUTSA”), construction and real-estate litigation, intellectual property litigation, and related insurance coverage questions.
