David Bosak is a seasoned attorney with over a decade of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, giving him a unique insight into the tactics and strategies employed by each side in litigation. This background provides him with a distinct advantage in zealously advocating for his clients, allowing him to accurately assess risks and effectively counter both common and uncommon litigation methods.

David is highly skilled in all phases of litigation, with extensive experience at both the trial and appellate levels. He has argued before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, as well as in multiple other courts.

David focuses his practice on two primary areas: commercial litigation, particularly in commercial contracts, and product liability cases, ranging from minor to catastrophic consequences.
