David Martin brings more than 20 years of experience as a seasoned litigator in the areas of commercial, general liability, insurance coverage, professional liability and contract matters. David has brought more than 20 cases to trial from both the plaintiff and defense sides and brings a unique perspective with an assertive litigation approach.

He handles complex civil matters in both state and federal courts where he specializes in defending corporate clients in premise liability, product liability, catastrophic injuries, trucking-transportation claims, and professional negligence.

David also has experience with insurance coverage matters in construction, professional liability, commercial fleet, personal lines and excess coverage.
