David’s work spans high-stakes initiatives across diverse industries. He has led legal strategy for a multibillion-dollar natural resources project in Northern Ontario’s Ring of Fire region, negotiated major commercial agreements, managed land and mineral rights issues, and coordinated regulatory and environmental compliance in the U.S. and Canada. His experience includes partnering with engineering teams, government agencies, and First Nations communities, as well as advising executive leadership at international manufacturing, luxury consumer goods, and technology companies, both in private practice and in-house.
