David S. Shiener is a lifelong metro Detroiter and graduated from West Bloomfield High School and then from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. He has focused his practice on civil litigation throughout his entire legal career, including in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, governmental liability claims, and professional liability. He has also developed a concentration in handling appellate matters and has achieved success on behalf of clients in state and federal appellate courts.

When not in the courtroom, David enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and discovering new social and dining experiences throughout metro Detroit.
