David Forth is a skilled litigator with a background in finance, whose work benefits property owners/managers, banks and financial institutions, business clients and individuals. In his 20+ years of practice, he has successfully tried many cases and represented clients in the state, federal and bankruptcy courts throughout Missouri and Illinois.

David handles general business and commercial litigation in areas such as real estate, landlord/tenant (commercial and residential, including low-income and affordable housing), creditor’s rights, banking and lending, contracts, bankruptcy, construction and lien law.

Prior to law school, David served as a Congressional Staff Assistant to former U.S. Representative James M. Talent ((R) 2nd District MO). In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and is active in his church, local political and community organizations, and enjoys doing home improvement projects.
