Daniel F. D’Attomo

Associate

Daniel F. D’Attomo has an extremely diverse practice area representing clients in the areas of commercial, real estate, professional liability, employment, estate and trusts and municipal law. Dan is an experienced trial lawyer with a view toward effective and efficient representation of clients in many areas.

Dan also represents clients in transactional matters as well as succession planning in small business applications. He also advises clients with regard to the formation, transaction and litigation of commercial contract disputes.

Dan’s approach to complex matters is to bring those matters to a practical conclusion in a way that benefits the client and allows the parties to advance their interests with each other in the future. Dan has successfully tried numerous cases in state court. He also regularly represents his clients in formal arbitration proceedings.

From a young age, Dan aspired to become a lawyer. The practice of law allows him to engage personally with clients, address their real-world challenges, and apply strategic thinking to develop robust defenses. The excitement of presenting a case at trial makes this profession deeply fulfilling for him.

Achieving success in trial requires understanding that the jury is encountering the case for the first time. Dan believes it’s crucial to identify and present the key elements that will capture their attention. Unlike lawyers who have spent years with the case, jurors need a fresh and compelling presentation of the facts and testimony.
