Delaney Tyson focuses her practice commercial litigation, class action, and subrogation matters. Delaney routinely represents clients in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on class actions and individual matters involving financial institution liability, breach of contract, unfair trade practices, subrogation, and products liability.

Delaney earned her J.D. from Charleston School of Law, graduating summa cum laude as class valedictorian in May of 2024. During law school, Delaney was the Managing Editor of the Charleston Law Review and a teaching fellow for first-year contracts and legal writing students. She was also a volunteer with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program and the Charleston Housing Court, and an intern for a local company’s in-house team, where her focus was contract drafting.

Prior to law school, Delaney attended the University of Pittsburgh, where she received her B.A. in Linguistics, with minors in Spanish, French, and Legal Studies, and a concentration in Chemistry.
