Demitri Kladis focuses his practice in the area of insurance coverage, with an emphasis on litigation and complex insurance coverage disputes. Demitri is experienced in various aspects of insurance coverage, including initial opinion letters, handling discovery and motion practice, and trial.

Demitri represents both domestic and international insurers in coverage disputes involving commercial general liability policies, property policies, commercial crime policies, director and officer liability policies, professional liability policies, and specialty lines.

Prior to joining GRSM, Demitri worked at a prominent defense firm where he defended national carriers related to insurance fraud, including cases involving medical provider fraud, organized activity, and staged losses. Additionally, Demitri handled matters related to first- and third-party coverage and bad faith defense.
