Denise Rushton is an Associate in the firm’s Tampa office and a member of the Insurance Practice Group. Denise has extensive experience as a paralegal as well as a background in law enforcement prior to practicing law. As a paralegal she assisted clients with contract and real property disputes, insurance litigation, and personal injury matters.

While in law school, Denise was a part of the Jessup International Moot Court Competition Team and the Student Bar Association President where she developed the Egalitarian Scholarship for current students to assist with the cost of law school.

As an attorney, Denise is committed to providing clear communication to clients ensuring each client understands the status of their case at every phase.
