Denise Rushton focuses her practice on insurance, product liability and commercial litigation.  Prior to practicing law, she gained extensive experience as a paralegal and has a background in law enforcement. As an attorney, Denise is committed to providing clear communication to clients ensuring each client understands the status of their case at every phase.

As a paralegal she assisted clients with contract and real property disputes, insurance litigation, and personal injury matters.

While in law school, Denise was a part of the Jessup International Moot Court Competition Team and the Student Bar Association President where she developed the Egalitarian Scholarship for current students to assist with the cost of law school.
