Diane Holland is a civil litigator whose practice focuses on defending the world’s largest retailer throughout California. She defends the company and its management in employment suits in state and federal court against claims of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. She also has experience defending class actions, wage and hour matters, and Private Attorneys General Act lawsuits. Prior to her legal career, Diane was a television news reporter and anchor/producer in the Midwest.
