Divina Gracia U. Cabildo

Associate

Divina Gracia U. Cabildo is an Associate in the Orange County office of GRSM, currently focusing her practice on real estate, retail, and hospitality issues involving landlord-tenant and unlawful detainer matters.

Prior to joining GRSM, Divina was a Legal, Corporate, and Business Affairs Counsel in an international ethnic content distribution company dealing and negotiating with various broadcast, platform, content, and programming service providers within North America, Middle East, and Asian regions. For a time, she acted as a Business Representative for Entertainment Contracts at the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA), the labor union for performers in the Media and Entertainment Industry. These prior roles provided her with significant experience in corporate law practice, negotiations, and media and entertainment-related commercial transactions. Later, she practiced immigration law defense, appearing before federal courts, and probate guardianship for special immigrant juveniles, appearing before several superior courts in California, which piqued her interest in furthering her litigation practice. Currently, she assists hospitality (hoteliers) and corporate clients in landlord-side real estate matters involving commercial and residential properties, handling tenant disputes and lease contract negotiations.
