Delna concentrates her practice on litigating general liability matters as well as construction liability, New York Labor Law and premises liability cases. She handles all aspects of the litigation process—from pleadings, discovery, and depositions to motion practice, mediation and settlement.

Prior to joining GRSM, Delna was a litigation attorney in New York City where she defended insurance companies and self-insured business in premises liability, motor vehicle liability and construction site claims. She also provided assistance on cases involving toxic tort litigation, including water contamination cases, and handled all aspects of litigation, including preparing legal briefs and memos.
