Donald G. Slezak is a Partner in the Cleveland office of GRSM and a member of the Employment and Commercial Litigation practice groups.

Don’s practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment, as well as general litigation. Don represents clients throughout the country on a variety of litigation, labor, and counseling matters. Don has litigated in many different state and federal courts, as well as many federal agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, and similar state agencies. His experience includes representing clients in discrimination and harassment claims, enforcement of non-competition agreements, litigating to enforce or vacate arbitration awards, advising clients on employment issues and collective bargaining agreements, as well as representing clients in a variety of civil litigation matters.

  • Obtained summary judgment for clients on a variety of employment matters involving state and federal claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
  • Successfully dismissing claims on behalf of clients in employment matters involving state and federal claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and tort claims.
  • Successfully enforcing and defending non-competition agreements for clients in multiple jurisdictions across the country.
