Dorisa Shahmirzai is a trial strategist helping clients win high-stakes cases by connecting facts to story, building clear, compelling themes that resonate with juries and decision-makers. From voir dire framing to closing arguments, she aligns case theory with juror psychology and team cohesion, applying storytelling skills honed through real-world trial prep and consulting for legal television shows.

Her litigation practice spans toxic torts, catastrophic injury, civil rights defense, and business litigation, with experience leading collaborative teams to deliver results that allow clients to focus on core operations.

She began her career clerking for the San Francisco Superior Court, Law and Motion Department, and practiced internationally with a global law firm in IP litigation. She also holds a Harvard MPH and a UC Berkeley neuroscience degree, enabling her to tackle technically complex cases with scientific precision. Named a Super Lawyers Rising Star, adjunct faculty at UCLA Extension, and published in Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine, she brings both trial strategy and industry insight to the courtroom.
