Dustin Woods focuses his practice with national and local clients on catastrophic injury, wrongful death actions, survival actions, and defense of national hotels and housing communities. He also focuses on professional, premises, and products liability, elder abuse, non-profit organizations, commercial trucking, transportation, misappropriation of name and likeness/trade secrets, appeals, fraud, motor vehicle negligence, habitability, and landlord/tenant matters.

Dustin has tried numerous cases successfully to verdict and has successful arbitration experience. He has overseen/managed the defense and resolution of hundreds of cases over his twenty-two-year career, through trial, arbitration, settlement and/or dispositive motions.
