Eddie regularly handles all phases of litigation, with particular emphasis on trial preparation, motion practice, and developing case strategy grounded in a strong command of the factual and legal record. Over the course of his career, he has taken on increasingly complex and high-stakes matters, including felony jury and bench trials, and has supervised other attorneys throughout litigation.

Before joining the firm, Eddie built broad trial experience as a prosecutor with the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office in Utah, where he handled gang, homicide, and child exploitation matters. That courtroom-tested foundation continues to inform his disciplined, detail-driven approach to advocacy today.

Eddie is a moot court alumnus and a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association. During law school, he earned multiple best brief and best oral advocate awards in appellate moot court competition. He is valued for his trial-tested judgment, meticulous preparation, and direct communication style, and he brings a collaborative, client-focused mindset to every matter he handles.
