Ethan Featherstone represents and defends healthcare providers, clinics and medical practitioners in complex medical malpractice litigation. He also has litigation and trial experience representing both defendants and plaintiffs in general negligence matters involving premises liability and automobile collisions in state and federal courts of Nevada.

Ethan began his legal career at the height of the recession in 2009 representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy matters, where he was regularly relied upon to handle difficult cases, including evidentiary hearings and adversary proceedings, with many favorable results.
