Evan Groder represents employers across the U.S. in employment and commercial matters before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies at all levels including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights, and the New York City Commission on Human Rights. Evan also has experience defending employers in claims arising under foreign law. Evan has defended international companies, corporate restaurants, and small business owners against claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, defamation, fraud, and other employment and commercial litigation issues.
