Elaine Ynoa Castillo focuses her practice on commercial litigation, resolving disputes and defending claims arising from business transactions, contracts, and commercial relationships.

Elaine’s commercial litigation experience includes a clerkship with the Honorable Patrick J. Bradshaw in the New Jersey Superior Court, where she handled matters spanning commercial law and a wide array of civil practice areas. Her knowledge of business-related conflicts also developed through a judicial internship with the Honorable Margaret Chan in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court.

In addition to her litigation experience, Elaine brings strong analytical, research, and advocacy skills. As a member of her alma mater’s Moot Court Association, she authored an award-winning appellate brief in her first national moot court competition. Additionally, she earned Dean’s List honors for multiple semesters.
