Ellyn Moscowitz focuses her practice on employment, labor, appellate, and education matters. She has successfully argued dozens of cases before the California Courts of Appeal, the California Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit. Ellyn has litigated and recovered millions of dollars for workers in California, represented more than 50 trade unions, and mediated and arbitrated more than 100 cases.

Prior to joining GRSM. Ellyn represented public school districts throughout California in litigation, labor negotiations, and related employment matters. Earlier in her career, she managed a statewide labor law practice, represented labor unions in collective bargaining and grievance matters, handled wage and hour class actions, discrimination claims, ERISA claims, and ADA claims.

In addition to her legal practice, Ellyn served as a law professor, where she taught legal research and writing, litigation, and appellate advocacy, directed moot court programs, and published multiple books and law review articles. Her combined experience as both an educator and practitioner allows her to approach client matters with both exceptional analytical depth and practical insight.
