Elora J. Scamardo is a diligent litigation-focused attorney in the firm’s Phoenix office. Elora has handled a variety of matters from inception through resolution and trial preparation for individuals, insurance carriers, and corporate clients involving, automobile, pedestrian, motorcycle, and trucking accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, construction, and business and contractual disputes.

Elora’s prior experience representing injured workers for their workplace injuries provided a strong foundation to her ability to identify facts and develop effective strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.

Before practicing law, Elora researched and drafted legislation for Toledo City Council. She also served as a conflict resolution and truancy mediator at a public high school.
