Emily L. Brennan is a litigation Associate in the Environmental & Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. While attending Texas Tech University School of Law, Emily served as an active member of multiple student organizations and maintained a leadership role as the special events coordinator for the Hispanic Law Student Association.

In addition to receiving multiple awards for her academic achievement in Legal Practice, Entertainment Law, and Deposition, she volunteered with the Lubbock Teen Court program where she mentored high school students who tried and defended Class C misdemeanor cases.

Worked with Partner Ted Yarbrough to file a successful Motion for Summary Judgment in New Mexico State Court for a national retailer in a premises liability case
