Emily Hunt focuses her practice on intellectual property and commercial litigation matters. She represents clients in a variety of intellectual property and commercial disputes, including trademark, copyright, and unfair competition matters, as well as intellectual property portfolio management.

Emily has experience assisting with litigation arising under the Lanham Act and the Copyright Act, including matters involving trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and related business disputes. In addition to litigation, she advises clients on intellectual property strategy and brand protection.

Emily began working with the firm while attending law school and continued through graduation and admission to practice, gaining early exposure to complex litigation matters and client counseling across a broad range of industries.
