Emma E. Wolf’s practice is primarily focused on healthcare law, and involves defending and counseling hospitals, physicians, nurses, long and short-term care facilities, and physician practice groups, as well as healthcare professionals.

Prior to joining GRSM, Emma worked as an Associate Attorney at a regional defense law firm, practicing in the areas of general litigation, employment litigation, and insurance defense.

Before that, Emma worked as a Legal Intern at a local university’s Office of Legal Affairs, where she ensured compliance with federal and state laws such as FERPA, HIPAA and Title IX, and assisted in the drafting of various contracts and agreements. While in law school, Emma was also a certified legal intern for Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University’s Youth Advocacy Clinic, where she advocated for clients, and provided free legal aid to children and families in both special education and juvenile defense cases.
