Emma Rene Horner is a key member of the Employment Law practice, bringing her extensive experience to the table.

Emma focuses her practice on employment and labor disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage and hour (particularly class action and PAGA) matters. She also extends advice to employers, companies, and tribal governments on various employment matters and spends time working with and mentoring law clerks, as she has developed GRSM’s law clerk program, as well as case assistants who are just beginning their professional careers in the legal field.

Throughout her practice, Emma maintains her unwavering dedication to her clients and to navigating complex legal challenges.
